Madame Tussauds London Tickets – Madame Tussauds London

The cheapest of the Madame Tussauds London tickets I compared is the $36 entry ticket, which is also the most reviewed at 4.6 stars from 24,366 reviews. Fast Track entry costs $49 and a five-attraction pass with Madame Tussauds costs $79. The official site lists a standard ticket from £27, Flexi Fast Track from £37, and a Madame Tussauds and London Eye combination at £49. For a first visit I’d book the $36 entry ticket.

I looked at all six Madame Tussauds London tickets you can book on GetYourGuide right now. Three are entry tickets, one is a pass that bundles five attractions, and two are walking-tour bundles with the museum attached. Prices are in US dollars from the listings, checked on 7 November 2026. The booking buttons are affiliate links, and I explain how that works on my about page.

Most of the difference between the Madame Tussauds London tickets comes down to the queue and the bundle. The wax figures are the same whichever of the Madame Tussauds London tickets you pick.

Madame Tussauds London Tickets and Prices

Madame Tussauds London tickets and prices start at $36 for the entry ticket sold by the operator, and that listing is the benchmark for everything else here. It is entry-only: you get the figures plus the Royal Balcony, the Star Wars experience, the Spirit of London ride, the Marvel Universe 4D Movie and the Chamber of Horrors, and the listing says a visit takes about 2.5 hours. You can cancel up to 24 hours ahead for a full refund. The extra I can show you is the one at the other end of the price scale.

The card in this section is not a plain ticket. It is the Harry Potter walking tour from Top Sights Tours at $119, a five-hour day that ends with entry to the museum. It rates 5.0, but from only 15 reviews, so I treat that score as a small sample rather than proof.

“Michael, our guide, was really enjoyable. Thank you, Michael!” – GetYourGuide review

The tour is led in English by a guide in a small group. It meets at King’s Cross in front of the stairs up to the Parcel Yard and passes Cecil Court, Goodwin’s Court, Leicester Square, Westminster and Borough Market before ending at London Bridge. From there the listing says to take the Jubilee Line to Baker Street for the museum. Three Tube journeys, about 9 pounds, are not included. The price is high for what is, for the museum, a ticket you could buy at $36, so this is a Harry Potter day with Madame Tussauds attached and not a ticket deal.

Skip-the-Line Madame Tussauds London Tickets

Skip-the-line Madame Tussauds London tickets are sold in two ways here, and I’d read both descriptions before paying. The first is the Fast Track entry ticket at $49, which I cover below. The second is the Click Tours entry ticket at $59, the card in this section. The description says you can upgrade it to skip the queues and add a glass of bubbly at the 1835 Champagne Bar. It lists plain entry to the museum in its inclusions and 2 hours as the duration, and it carries no rating or reviews yet.

My pick: Entry only at $59, unrated so far. The queue-skipping and champagne bar are upgrade options in the description, so check what you are choosing at checkout.

Included

  • ✓ Entry to Madame Tussauds London

Meeting point: Marylebone Rd, London NW1 5LR, בריטניה

I would not pick this over the $36 operator ticket among the Madame Tussauds London tickets unless the upgrade is what you want. It costs $23 more than the cheapest listing and has no review history I can point to. The listing says to arrive at Marylebone Road and gives the meeting point as the museum address.

Madame Tussauds London Tickets 2 for 1

Madame Tussauds London tickets 2 for 1 is a popular search, and my honest answer is that I cannot confirm a 2 for 1 offer. None of the six listings I compared is sold that way, and the official site’s ticket list shows no 2 for 1 offer. What I can confirm is that bundles exist. The five-attraction pass at $79 is covered further down, and the London Eye page on this site compares a two-attraction ticket that pairs the wheel with the museum.

If a voucher says 2 for 1, check three things before you rely on it: which days it is valid, whether it needs a rail ticket or a separate booking, and whether it covers the same areas as the standard ticket. I have no listing in this set that I can describe as a 2 for 1, so there is no card here.

Madame Tussauds London Price

The Madame Tussauds London price depends on what is wrapped around the entry. Plain entry is $36, Fast Track is $49, the Click Tours entry is $59, the pass is $79, the audio city walk bundle is $96 and the Harry Potter tour is $119. Only the first four are essentially the museum on its own. The card in this section is a leftover, and I’ll say so plainly: it is the WeGoTrip ticket with an audio city walk at $96.

Madame Tussauds Ticket & Audio City Walk

  • ✓ Downloadable multimedia tour through London – via the WeGoTrip app or web browser

Duration: 2 hours

Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund

The listing says you receive the ticket and the audio tour through the WeGoTrip app or a web browser, with a GPS map on your phone. There is no personal guide, no headphones and no audio tour inside Madame Tussauds. It runs 2 hours. If you want the museum, you are paying $60 more than the $36 ticket for a walk you can do on your own phone. If you like self-guided audio walks, it is a fair bundle, but I can’t back it with reviews.

Is Madame Tussauds Worth It

Madame Tussauds is worth it if you like celebrities, films or a lively family outing, and less so if you want a quiet museum. The entry ticket holds 4.6 stars from 24,366 GetYourGuide reviews, and Google Maps shows 4.5 from 87,196 ratings. GetYourGuide’s own summary of the reviews says travellers praise the lifelike figures and extras like the taxi ride and the 4D show, while some say crowding in the time slots makes photos difficult. Its rating breakdown gives value for money 4.2 out of 5, which is the weakest score on the listing.

Kids loved this! And learnt about London and its history as well
— GetYourGuide reviewer

The listing says the ropes and poles have gone, so you can stand close to the figures. That is a selling point and also why the rooms can feel crowded: reviewers mention waiting for a clear shot. The museum has been drawing visitors since it opened in London in 1835 per Wikidata, and Wikipedia says its current building opened on 14 July 1884. I’d go for the experiences more than the history. Weigh the price against how much you care about the celebrity and film zones, because that is what the figures are built around.

Madame Tussauds London Tickets Discount

Madame Tussauds London tickets at a discount are mostly about picking the right bundle, since I found no verified discount code for the museum. The one code in my data is for the Harry Potter walking tour, which gives a discount at two wizarding shops, not on the museum ticket. The lowest listed price for entry is $36. Any other Madame Tussauds London tickets priced below that I would treat with caution until I could verify it myself.

The route to a real saving is the five-attraction pass further down, because it covers four extra attractions for $43 more than the cheapest entry ticket. That only works if you will use them. The London Eye page also compares a combination of the wheel and the museum, which is the lighter way to bundle if you want just two. I did not find a published student, senior or family price in my data. The official site is the place to check for those.

Madame Tussauds London Tickets Online

Madame Tussauds London tickets online are time-slotted: the entry listing says admission is only at the time shown on your e-ticket, and you scan the e-ticket at the main entrance. The card in this section is the Fast Track entry ticket, $49 and rated 4.5 from 278 reviews. It includes entry with Fast Track and nothing else, and the description says you can upgrade to a Fast Track plus Champagne bar ticket that adds a complimentary glass of champagne, beer or a soft drink and access to some archive pieces.

“Due to my wife's mobility issues, we were able to bypass the long line waiting for tickets. We also had the Champagne bar as part of the entry.” – GetYourGuide review

The reviews are mixed in an instructive way. One traveller with a mobility issue bypassed the long ticket line and loved the champagne bar. Another wrote that the reservation said to arrive at 9 am as the slot time but the museum opened at 10 am, so they waited an hour, and judged the extra cost a waste. A German reviewer arrived at 9 am, found many people queuing and went straight in, and said the supplement was worth it. So Fast Track can work, but check the slot against the opening time. A reviewer who selected the champagne option also said the drink was not offered, so confirm that part at the desk.

It was a long queue so the fast track helped a lot.

Madame Tussauds London Tickets for Families

Madame Tussauds London tickets for a family are the plain entry tickets, and the $36 operator ticket is the one I would book first. It has the best review record of all six, and reviewers repeatedly mention families. One reviewer described a young daughter impressed by the pop stars and a teenage son who loved the Marvel section, with the whole family enjoying the Spirit of London ride. The listing says infants aged 2 and under visit free but still reserve a ticket, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

“very cool place I recommend it for the whole family to have fun!!!” – GetYourGuide review

Pushchairs and buggies are not permitted inside and are stored free in the cloakroom, per the listing, so plan to carry a small child at times. The listing says the building is wheelchair accessible, with a maximum of three wheelchairs inside at once, and that disabled guests pay the standard price while a carer enters free. Wheelchair access can be booked in advance on the Madame Tussauds London website. The listing doesn’t give a child price, so check it at checkout before you total up the cost for your group.

There is a Chamber of Horrors in the ticket, and one reviewer called the criminals area scary. I could not find an age guide for it, so for young children I’d look at the official site first.

“Great way of seeing the main attractions at an affordable price” – GetYourGuide review

The geography matters. Several reviewers say the attractions sit beside each other, except Madame Tussauds. That matches the map: the London Eye and the London Dungeon share County Hall on the South Bank, about 3.3 km from the museum in a straight line. One reviewer managed all five in a day and said their legs hurt, which tells you the pass is better spread over two days. You choose a time slot at the museum, so start there and move on.

The London Eye ticket comparison shows how this pass sits against buying the wheel on its own, which is useful if you only care about one of the others.

Who Owns Madame Tussauds London

Madame Tussauds London is operated by Merlin Entertainments, per Wikipedia, which says Merlin took over operations after Blackstone bought The Tussauds Group in 2007. The same article says the freehold of the London site was sold to Fubon Life in 2015 and Merlin continues under a lease. The listings I compared show the operator as MEG, which fits the Merlin family of attractions sold together on the pass above.

That is why Madame Tussauds London tickets often arrive packaged with SEA LIFE, the London Eye, the London Dungeon and Shrek’s Adventure. It also explains why the operator’s own listings and the official site are the baseline you should compare any reseller with. Wikipedia also says the museum was founded in London in 1835 by the French wax sculptor Marie Tussaud, and the oldest figure on display is Madame du Barry, made by Curtius in 1765.

Opening Hours and Getting There

The official site shows Madame Tussauds London open 10 am to 6 pm with last entry at 4 pm on 7 and 8 November 2026, which is why Google Maps shows 4 pm. Its FAQ says closing ranges from 3 pm to 5 pm depending on the day, so check madametussauds.com/london for the date you want. The entrance is on Marylebone Road, and Baker Street Underground station is only about 3 minutes away on foot by my estimate. Regent’s Park station is about 9 minutes away and Marylebone station about 10 minutes, both estimates too. Your e-ticket is for a set time, so match it to the hours. The full table, entrances and route are in my Madame Tussauds London opening hours guide.

Near Madame Tussauds London

The museum sits on Marylebone Road in the north-west of central London, and the sights below are not next door. Distances are straight-line figures from Google Maps coordinates and the walking times are my estimates (straight line times 1.3 at 4.8 km/h). The British Museum is about 1.9 km away, roughly 32 minutes on foot. Trafalgar Square is about 2.5 km, and Buckingham Palace about 2.6 km, each around 40 minutes. Big Ben is 3.2 km away and the London Eye 3.3 km, about 52 and 53 minutes. The London Dungeon is 3.4 km and St Paul’s Cathedral 4 km. For most of these I’d take the Tube, so buy your Madame Tussauds London tickets for a time that leaves room to travel on.

How I’d Choose

Frequently asked questions

How much are Madame Tussauds London tickets?

On GetYourGuide the plain entry ticket is $36, with 4.6 stars from 24,366 reviews. Fast Track entry is $49, another entry-only listing is $59, and the five-attraction pass that includes Madame Tussauds is $79. The official site shows its standard ticket from £27 and Fast Track from £37, so check madametussauds.com/london for today's price before you decide.

Is there a 2 for 1 offer on Madame Tussauds London tickets?

I could not confirm one. None of the six listings I compared is sold as a 2 for 1, and I could not read the official site to check for a current offer. The closest real saving I can show is a combo: the five-attraction pass at $79 covers Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, the London Eye, the London Dungeon and Shrek's Adventure. Check the terms of any 2 for 1 voucher before relying on it.

Is Madame Tussauds worth a visit?

I think it is for a first trip with children or film fans. The entry ticket has 4.6 stars from 24,366 GetYourGuide reviews, and Google Maps shows 4.5 from 87,196 ratings. The recurring complaint is crowding in front of popular figures, so photos can take patience.

How many hours do you need at Madame Tussauds London?

The two main entry listings give 2.5 hours and 2 hours. I'd allow about 2.5 hours if you want the rides and the 4D film, and a little more on a busy weekend when queues for photos build up.

How can I find cheap tickets for London attractions?

A bundle is the cheapest route I can verify from my data. The pass at $79 covers five attractions, so it works out well below buying five tickets one by one, provided you will actually visit all five within its 90 days. For one attraction, the $36 entry ticket is the cheapest listing I found.

Who owns Madame Tussauds London?

Wikipedia says Merlin Entertainments operates the museum, which it took over after Blackstone bought The Tussauds Group in 2007. The same article says the freehold of the London site was sold to Fubon Life in 2015 and Merlin operates under a lease. The listings I compared show the operator as MEG.

What is the oldest wax figure at Madame Tussauds?

Wikipedia names Madame du Barry, made by Curtius in 1765, as the oldest figure on display. The same article says the museum was founded in London in 1835 by the French wax sculptor Marie Tussaud.

Can I take a pushchair into Madame Tussauds London?

No. The entry listing says pushchairs and buggies are not permitted inside and are stored free of charge in the cloakroom. The same listing says infants aged 2 and under visit free but still need a reserved ticket.
