The cheapest Paris attraction tickets that get you inside a sight are the $15 reserved entry for the Musée de l’Orangerie and the $18 Arc de Triomphe rooftop ticket, and the most-reviewed single ticket of the lot is Disneyland Paris at $58 with 60,796 reviews. Notre Dame and Sacré-Cœur are free to enter, and a city pass only pays off if you pack in paid sights, which my Paris City Pass comparison works out. For a first trip I’d book the Louvre guided tour at $66, the Eiffel Tower reserved access at $66 and the $18 Arc de Triomphe rooftop.
I looked at 16 sights and the 108 tickets, tours and day trips that GetYourGuide lists for them, and every price here is in US dollars from the listings in November 2026. These Paris attraction tickets pages are my map of the city’s paid sights: each sight below links to its own comparison with the full list of options, and the buttons open GetYourGuide through affiliate links (see my about page).
Paris Attraction Tickets at a Glance
This table has every sight in one place. “From” is the cheapest option that gets you in, either a ticket or a tour with entry. Two exceptions: at the Eiffel Tower the cheapest listing is a $20 Seine cruise, so I show the cheapest tour with tower access, and at Château de Chantilly the $10 park ticket does not include the château. The rating column belongs to the most-reviewed option.
Three sights draw the queues that make Paris attraction tickets worth booking ahead: the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and the Sacré-Cœur on its hill. They are also the three where the view is the point, so the ticket you choose decides what you see.
The Eiffel Tower has 10 listings among the Paris attraction tickets, and the choice that matters is summit or second floor. The Crown Tours guided visit is the cheapest with tower access at $43, Mon Petit Paris is the most reviewed at $54 with 4.4 stars from 17,924 reviews, and the GetYourGuide France reserved access at $66 scores 4.6 from 7,903 reviews. The tower’s own site, toureiffel.paris, sells entry too, so my Eiffel Tower tickets page sets the two side by side.

“This was magical. Our guide told us so many historical facts about the Eiffel Tower and then led us to where we could take photos underneath. Then explained the stops of the elevator. We really enjoyed this.” – GetYourGuide review
The Arc de Triomphe is the cheapest big view among attraction tickets in Paris. The $18 rooftop ticket is also the most reviewed Arc ticket, with 4.6 stars from 38,548 reviews, and the official site at paris-arc-de-triomphe.fr lists 16 euros from October to March. Bundles with a Seine cruise run $43 to $44, and private guides cost $223 to $272, so for most visitors the plain rooftop ticket is the one. My Arc de Triomphe tickets page has the rest.

“Incredible experience. We went in the evening and the views were spectacular! The stairs were not too bad to climb. Would definitely recommend this activity.” – GetYourGuide review
The Sacré-Cœur Basilica is free to enter, so the Paris attraction tickets here buy a guide or the dome. The official dome page sells the dome at 8 euros, an $11 Montmartre walking tour is the cheapest listing, and a $35 dome climb adds panoramic views. The Sacré-Cœur Basilica tickets page explains which Montmartre walk goes inside. Just below the hill is the Moulin Rouge, which I cover under shows.
Museums and Galleries
Paris attraction tickets for museums fall into two types: plain timed entry, which is cheap, and guided tours with entry built in, which cost three to five times as much. The data shows which sights sell which.
The Louvre has no plain-entry listing among the Paris attraction tickets on GetYourGuide, only nine guided tours from $55 to $121, plus a $10 luggage locker. The museum sells its own entry at 22 euros for EEA visitors and 32 euros for everyone else, per louvre.fr. If you want help with the maze, the $66 GetYourGuide France tour is the most reviewed at 4.7 stars from 7,135 reviews; see all Louvre Museum tickets before choosing.

The Musée d’Orsay, another of the museum attraction tickets in Paris, sits across the river from the Tuileries and holds the Impressionists. The cheapest English option is a $47 entry ticket with a Seine cruise, and the best-rated big-sample tour is the Memories France guide at $71 with 4.8 stars from 1,257 reviews. I could not read the museum’s own price page, so check the official site for the adult ticket and read the Musée d’Orsay tickets page for the rest.

The Musée de l’Orangerie is the bargain of the group, and the cheapest of all the Paris attraction tickets that get you inside. Its reserved entrance ticket is $15, with 4.7 stars from 7,370 reviews, and the museum itself charges 12.50 euros online per musee-orangerie.fr, so I’d try the museum’s own slot first. Les Invalides, home of Napoleon’s Tomb and the Army Museum, has a $19 entry ticket with 4.6 stars from 11,162 reviews, against 17 euros on the museum’s own site. Details are on the Musée de l’Orangerie tickets and Les Invalides tickets pages.
Churches, Chapels and the Opera House
Notre Dame Cathedral is the first of the Paris attraction tickets you do not need: entry is free, and the official site says a free reservation is optional. The paid products are guided tours, from $11 for a French-speaking guide to $89 for the English Memories France visit, rated 4.8 from 433 reviews. The towers are sold separately at 16 euros. My Notre Dame Cathedral tickets page sorts the tours by language.
Sainte-Chapelle, a few minutes’ walk from Notre Dame, is where attraction tickets in Paris are not optional: it needs a ticket with a time slot for every visitor. The $28 combined ticket with the Conciergerie is the most reviewed option, at 4.4 stars from 11,020 reviews, and the official site at sainte-chapelle.fr sells tickets from 16 euros. I’d book the $28 combination, then read the Sainte-Chapelle tickets page if you want a guide.

Two sights are priced in a different league from the rest of the Paris attraction tickets: the Moulin Rouge and the Catacombs. Both are priced for a booked experience, not a walk-in.
At the Moulin Rouge the $134 cabaret show with champagne is the cheapest show ticket, and it is also the most reviewed, with 4.7 stars from 19,131 reviews. Dinner shows cost $284 to $440. The champagne show and the dinner show are non-refundable on GetYourGuide, which I would weigh before you book a date. The Moulin Rouge tickets page lists the packages with a cruise or a coach tour.

The Paris Catacombs have no cheap listing at all. Four of the 16 sights are outside the city, and Paris attraction tickets for them are really day-trip tickets. Give each one a full day.
The Palace of Versailles is the one I’d choose from the day-trip attraction tickets in Paris. The cheapest listing is the $33 Passport entry, the most reviewed is the $78 skip-the-line guided tour with 4.7 stars from 2,621 reviews, and the official site sells the Passport at 25 euros in the low season per chateauversailles.fr. “Our guide was clear and knowledgeable. Easy to follow.” – GetYourGuide review
Château de Fontainebleau is a quieter trip. The two $117 day tours are the cheapest, and the $117 Extime coach tour has 4.4 stars from 607 reviews. Plain entry is 17 euros on the official site, and the park is free every day. Château de Chantilly is the smallest set of choices: a $10 park ticket, a $836 private tour, and an 18 euro official château ticket that I’d buy first. See Château de Fontainebleau tickets and Château de Chantilly tickets.
Disneyland Paris is the only theme park among the Paris attraction tickets here, and the 1-day ticket for one or two parks at $58 is both the cheapest and the most reviewed, at 4.6 stars from 60,796 reviews. The 2 to 4-day ticket is $165. The details are on the Disneyland Paris tickets page.

How many Paris attraction tickets you need depends on how many days you have, and the walking times below are my estimates from straight-line distance times 1.3 at 4.8 km/h, using Google Maps coordinates.
One day: the Louvre in the morning, then the Sainte-Chapelle and Notre Dame pairing, which is about 13 minutes on foot from the Louvre. That means two bookings, one free church and an evening walk.
Two days: add a second day on the west side: the Arc de Triomphe rooftop, then the Eiffel Tower, about 28 minutes apart on foot. Book the tower slot for the end of the afternoon.
Three days: add either Versailles or the Musée d’Orsay with the Orangerie, which are about 8 minutes apart. Choose Versailles if you want the palace, and the museums if you like art.
Book timed slots at the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and Sainte-Chapelle first, because those Paris attraction tickets are the ones that run out of good times. Keep free sights such as Sacré-Cœur and the Champ de Mars as fillers. My Paris attractions map shows how the days fit geographically.
Free Attractions in Paris
Some of the best of the city is free, and you do not need Paris attraction tickets for Notre Dame or Sacré-Cœur. Several paid sights have free days: the Orangerie on the first Sunday of each month with a reservation, Sainte-Chapelle and the Arc de Triomphe on the first Sunday of January, February, March, November and December, and the Louvre on the first Friday evening of the month except July and August. I list each rule and its source on my free attractions in Paris page.
Should You Buy a Paris City Pass
A pass is only worth it, compared with single attraction tickets in Paris, if you do the sums on your own plan. Several of the sights above sell a plain ticket for under $30, so a pass has to cover a lot of paid entries to beat them. Château de Chantilly’s official site, for instance, lists Paris Museum Pass holders as free entry. My Paris City Pass compared page works through a 2-day and 3-day plan with the arithmetic shown.
Paris Attraction Tickets and the Sights Between Them
Between the sights that need attraction tickets in Paris you walk through some of the best free views in the city, and the walking times below are estimates. The Champ de Mars is about 7 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the Place du Trocadéro about 9 minutes, which makes the Trocadéro the better place for the tower photo. The Tuileries Garden is about 13 minutes from the Louvre and the Place de la Concorde another 8, with the Orangerie 4 minutes from the Concorde. The Panthéon is about 13 minutes from Notre Dame. The banks of the Seine are a UNESCO World Heritage site, so I’d walk the river rather than ride the metro between neighbours.
If you are planning your Paris attraction tickets by area, my Paris attractions map puts all 16 sights on one interactive map, groups them by neighbourhood and gives a one-day and a two-day route.
How I’d Choose
My short list of attraction tickets in Paris, by type of visitor:
Cheapest worthwhile ticket: the $15 Orangerie reserved entry, 4.7 from 7,370 reviews, or the $18 Arc de Triomphe rooftop.
Skip the queue at the Louvre: the $66 GetYourGuide France tour, 4.7 from 7,135 reviews.
First Eiffel Tower visit: the $66 reserved summit or second-floor access.
Families: the Disneyland Paris 1-day ticket at $58, or Versailles with its gardens.
An evening out: the $134 Moulin Rouge cabaret with champagne, accepting that it is non-refundable.
Something different: the $155 Catacombs tour with restricted areas.
On a budget: Notre Dame, Sacré-Cœur and the Champ de Mars cost nothing.
Frequently asked questions
How much do Paris attraction tickets cost?+
From the GetYourGuide listings I compared, the cheapest ticket that gets you into a sight is the $15 reserved entry for the Musée de l'Orangerie, followed by the $18 Arc de Triomphe rooftop ticket. Guided visits to the Louvre start at $55, the Catacombs at $155, and a Moulin Rouge show at $134. Prices are in US dollars and I did not convert official euro prices.
Which Paris attractions are free?+
Notre Dame Cathedral and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica are free to enter, according to their official sites, although the Notre Dame towers cost 16 euros and the Sacré-Cœur dome 8 euros. Several museums and monuments are free on set days, such as the first Sunday of the month at the Orangerie. My free attractions page lists each rule with its source.
Which Paris attraction tickets should I book first?+
I'd book the ones with a fixed slot first: the Louvre, whose official site recommends booking a time slot, Sainte-Chapelle, where every visitor needs a ticket with a time slot, the Eiffel Tower, the Catacombs and any Moulin Rouge show. Churches and the Champ de Mars need nothing, so they can fill the gaps in your plan.
Are Paris attraction tickets cheaper on the official site?+
Sometimes. The Louvre sells entry at 22 euros for EEA visitors and 32 euros for everyone else, and Versailles sells its Passport at 25 euros in the low season. The GetYourGuide options I compared for the Louvre all include a guide, which is why they start at $55. Compare the official price with the listing before you pay.
Which Paris attractions are closed on which days?+
Per the official sites and Google Maps: the Louvre, the Musée de l'Orangerie, Château de Fontainebleau and Château de Chantilly close on Tuesday. The Palace of Versailles, the Catacombs and the Musée d'Orsay close on Monday. The Eiffel Tower, Sainte-Chapelle and Les Invalides open every day, so they are the safe choices for a Monday or Tuesday.
Do I need a ticket for Notre Dame Cathedral?+
No. The official site says the cathedral is open to everyone free of charge, and a free time slot reservation is optional. Tickets only matter for the towers, listed at 16 euros, or for a guided tour. The cheapest guided tour I found is $11 and the best-rated one is the $89 Memories France visit.
Which Paris attractions are worth a day trip?+
Versailles is the one I'd pick first: the cheapest Passport entry is $33 and the most reviewed guided tour is $78 at 4.7 stars. Fontainebleau day trips start at $117 and Chantilly's official ticket is 18 euros. Disneyland Paris is a full day, with the 1-day ticket at $58. Allow a full day for each.
