Sagrada Familia Tickets – Sagrada Familia Entry Ticket with Audio Guide

The cheapest Sagrada Familia ticket with entry on GetYourGuide is the $38 audio-guide ticket, and it is also the most reviewed: 4.6 stars from 122,140 reviews. Live-guided tours with entry run from $55 to $125. The official site, sagradafamilia.org, sells Sagrada Familia tickets from 26 euros. For a first visit I’d book the Crown Tours priority-access tour at $60, which has 4.8 stars from 6,433 reviews.

I compared all 10 Sagrada Familia tickets and tours you can book on GetYourGuide right now. One is a plain entry ticket with an audio guide, eight are live-guided tours that include entry, and one is a walking tour whose cheapest option stays outside the basilica. Prices are in US dollars and come from the listings, checked in November 2026. The buttons that open GetYourGuide are affiliate links (more on that on my about page).

Sagrada Familia Admission Tickets

Sagrada Familia admission tickets come in two kinds on GetYourGuide: the plain entry ticket and the guided tour that includes it. My pick among the Sagrada Familia tickets that come with a guide is the Crown Tours priority-access tour at $60. It runs 1.5 hours in English, scores 4.8 from 6,433 reviews, and the listing includes the guide, the entry ticket, skip-the-line entry and an audio system so you can hear over the crowd. Free cancellation runs up to 24 hours before.

The stop list shows the basilica and the Museum of the Church of the Sagrada Familia, and the meeting point is Plaça de Gaudí near the children’s playground. The listing places it a few minutes’ walk from the Mallorca - Marina station. The towers are not part of it. Reviewers mostly name their guide and praise how well things are explained and how the pace suits the group, which is the pattern I’d want from a tour that costs this much more than the plain ticket.

Skip-the-Line Sagrada Familia Tickets

Skip-the-line Sagrada Familia tickets mean a booked entry at a set time, and the Golden Tour Guide tour at $55 is the cheapest of the Sagrada Familia tickets that pair a live guide with skip-the-line entry. It is rated 4.7 from 4,805 reviews, lasts 1.5 hours and runs in English. The listing says the guide is certified by the Barcelona tourism authority, and it adds an audio headset and a restroom at the meeting point, which is a small thing that matters with a group.

You meet inside Ringels souvenir shop at Carrer de Mallorca, 418, and the listing asks you to be there 15 minutes before the start. That is on the Mallorca side of the basilica, not the Nativity side. Reviewers say the skip-the-line entry made getting in easy, and they praise the guides by name for being knowledgeable. The towers and food are not included, and transport to the meeting point is yours.

Sagrada Familia Entry Tickets

Sagrada Familia entry tickets are where the range stretches furthest, and the Julia Travel Gray Line guided tour at $89 is the dearest of the standard, no-tower tours. It is the lowest rated of the 1.5-hour group (4.4 from 7,907 reviews), runs 1.5 to 2 hours, and offers English, Italian, German, Spanish and French. The listing has two meeting points that depend on the option you pick, and the address given is the operator’s office at Carrer de Sardenya, 311.

What the extra money buys is language choice and a bigger operator, not a bigger area: fast-track entrance and a local guide, with the towers listed as not included. If you need German or Italian, this is one of the few Sagrada Familia entry tickets that offers them. If English is enough, the Crown Tours and Golden Tour Guide tours above are cheaper and rated higher, and those Sagrada Familia tickets also keep free cancellation.

Sagrada Familia Tour

If by tour you mean a guide at your side, the live-guided tours are in the sections above and below. The $38 Sagrada Familia Entry Ticket with Audio Guide is a different thing, a self-guided visit, and I’d still call it the best value of all the Sagrada Familia tickets for seeing the inside. You pick a time slot, go to the entrance and listen through an audio guide app. The listing includes the entry ticket, the app and the booking fee, and it lists a tour guide, a smartphone and headphones as not included. You bring your own phone and earphones. If you want a live guide instead, I compare every guided tour on my Sagrada Familia tours page.

It is also the most-reviewed Sagrada Familia ticket by a wide margin, at 4.6 from 122,140 reviews, and cancellation is free up to 2 days before, the longest window on the page. The meeting point is the entrance, and the listing says entry is allowed at the selected time or up to 15 minutes afterwards. Tower access to the Passion or Nativity Façade is an option on this ticket.

Sagrada Familia Tickets Official

Sagrada Familia tickets from the official site start at 26 euros for the basic individual ticket, per the official prices page. The page lists 30 euros with a guided tour, 36 with the towers and 40 for both. Seniors pay 21 euros on the basic ticket, under-30s and student-card holders 24, and children under 11 and people with disabilities enter free.

Two rules on the official rules page explain why people use a reseller. Official Sagrada Familia tickets are nominative and non-transferable, and refunds and exchanges are generally not allowed. Requests must come at least 48 hours before the visit, and only unused tickets qualify. The reseller Sagrada Familia tickets I compared offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

The Special Plans tour at $77 is rated 4.7 from 4,253 reviews, lasts 1.5 hours and offers French, English, Spanish and Italian. The listing says you visit the Nativity and Passion façades, the historic Sagrada Família Schools and the museum, and the towers are not included. Its meeting point description (by the modernist lamp on Avenida Gaudí, with a red flag reading 4U) matches the one in the $66 tour further down, so compare the two before you pay $11 more.

“Great tour. Albert was informative and very personable. Would highly recommend” – GetYourGuide review

Sagrada Familia Entry Fee

The Sagrada Familia entry fee on the official site is 26 euros for the basic ticket, and the lowest price on GetYourGuide is $28, but those two numbers are not the same product. The $28 Artista-Tours listing is a 3 to 4 hour walk that lists a guided tour of the Sagrada Família exterior, a turrón tasting, Passeig de Gràcia and the Gothic Quarter. The listing states that if you choose the exterior option, entry to the Sagrada Família is not included.

There is a second option on the same listing, Sagrada Família In and Out, which goes inside. The listing data I have does not give its price, so check it on the page before you assume $28. The tour has guides in seven languages, free cancellation up to 24 hours before and a 4.7 rating from 2,108 reviews. It is good value as a city walk and poor value as the way into the basilica. If entry is the goal, the cheapest of the Sagrada Familia tickets that gets you inside is the $38 audio ticket.

Sagrada Familia Tickets with Tower

A Sagrada Familia ticket with towers costs 36 euros on the official site, 10 euros more than the basic ticket. On GetYourGuide, the only product that includes the tower in its base price is the Julia Travel Gray Line tour at $125: 4.3 stars from 6,270 reviews, 1.5 hours, and the listing says the elevator goes one way up. You meet at the operator’s office at Carrer de Sardenya, 311. Bilingual or monolingual groups are set by the date and time you pick.

The price gap is large, $125 against $38 for the plain ticket. The audio ticket and the Amigo Tours tour offer the tower as an option, which makes those Sagrada Familia tickets cheaper than this bundle. One reviewer of the tower tour says the tower was OK but expected more for the price, and another complains about the wait to get in. Read both before you pay for the lift.

Sagrada Familia Tickets Online Price

Online, Sagrada Familia tickets with a guide settle around $66 for the best-reviewed group tour: the 4 You Barcelona skip-the-line entry ticket and tour. It is rated 4.8 from 15,458 reviews, lasts 1.5 hours and runs in French, Italian, English, Spanish and German. Entrance fees and tickets are included, and the guide uses personal audio reinforcement when the group has more than 10 people. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before.

“Monserrat was so knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic insight into this incredible work of art. Would highly recommend.” – GetYourGuide review

Across all the Sagrada Familia tickets with entry, prices span $38 to $125.

Is Sagrada Familia Worth Visiting

Yes, and the numbers are on my side: Google Maps rates the basilica 4.8 from 338,876 reviews, and Wikidata records 4,830,000 visitors in 2024. Reviewers of the tours I compared keep pointing to the same two things, the columns that branch like trees and the coloured light through the stained glass. That is what Sagrada Familia tickets buy, so a visit from the pavement is a poor substitute.

If you want a guide and the option of a tower, the Amigo Tours tour at $74 is the one I’d look at. It is rated 4.3 from 5,915 reviews and lasts 1.5 hours, with live commentary in English and a guide who also speaks Spanish and Japanese, per the languages listed. The listing mentions the museum under the basilica, the crypt and the viewing platform above Gaudí’s burial site, and a tower and a private tour are options. Meet at the Amigo Tours reception at Carrer de Nàpols, 218.

“Thank you, Cassandra, for a wonderful, insightful and inspiring tour of this breathtakingly beautiful monumental church. All glory to God!” – GetYourGuide review

Why Is the Sagrada Familia Important

The Sagrada Familia is important because it is the life’s work of Antoni Gaudí, begun in 1882 and still being built. Wikipedia describes it as the tallest church in the world, and Wikidata gives its height as 172.5 m. On 7 November 2010 Pope Benedict XVI consecrated it and proclaimed it a basilica. Parts of it, under the heading Works of Antoni Gaudí, have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2005, according to Wikipedia.

Because the building is unfinished, a good guide matters, and Sagrada Familia tickets that include one spend their time on what is Gaudí’s design and what is later construction. The Tour in Barcelona express tour at $72 is the shortest guided option, 75 minutes in English, rated 4.7 from 2,320 reviews, with fast-track entry. The description covers the stained glass, the symbolism and the construction since 1882. The meeting point is the Stella Nova restaurant on the same pavement as the KFC. One reviewer found their Spanish guide spoke too quickly at times, so it suits you best if you can follow English at pace.

How to Visit Sagrada Familia: Opening Hours and Getting There

The official hours are 9 am to 6 pm from November to February, with a 10:30 am Sunday opening, and the basilica stays open until 8 pm on weekdays from April to September, per the official hours page. The Sagrada Familia metro station, lines L2 and L5, is about a 2-minute walk away by my estimate. Sagrada Familia tickets are for a set time, so check the hours before you book. My Sagrada Familia opening hours and visitor guide has the full table, entrances and the best time to go.

Which Ticket Fits You

Choosing among Sagrada Familia tickets comes down to a guide, a language and whether you want the towers. This table is built from the listings; the sections above hold the detail for each row. There are no separate trip-type pages for this basilica, because the guided tours and the skip-the-line entries are the same products, so the table is the whole comparison.

Ticket Kind Price from Duration Areas Best for
Crown Tours priority access tour with entry $60 1.5 hours Basilica and museum First visit
Golden Tour Guide tour with entry $55 1.5 hours Basilica Cheapest live guide
Julia Travel Gray Line tour with entry $89 1.5 to 2 hours Basilica Five languages
Entry ticket with audio guide entry ticket $38 24-hour validity Basilica, tower optional Going alone
Special Plans fast track tour with entry $77 1.5 hours Façades, interior, Schools, museum Four languages
Artista-Tours walk tour (entry on one option) $28 3 to 4 hours Exterior, Passeig de Gràcia, Gothic Quarter City walk
Julia Travel tower tour tour with entry $125 1.5 hours Basilica plus tower lift Views
4 You Barcelona tour with entry $66 1.5 hours Basilica Best reviewed group tour
Amigo Tours tour with entry $74 1.5 hours Basilica, museum, crypt, tower optional Tower or private option
Tour in Barcelona express tour with entry $72 75 minutes Basilica Short on time

Every ticket here includes the basilica except the exterior option of the $28 walk, so what separates these Sagrada Familia tickets is the guide, the language and the tower.

Near the Sagrada Familia

The Sagrada Familia sits in the Eixample district, and your Sagrada Familia tickets cover only the basilica, while the other Gaudí buildings are a walk or a metro ride away. The walking times below are my estimates from straight-line distance, multiplied by 1.3 at 4.8 km/h. La Pedrera is the nearest, and you can read about its tickets on the Casa Milà page. Casa Batlló has its own Casa Batlló tickets page, and for the hilltop park see Park Güell tickets. The cathedral is covered in the Barcelona Cathedral guide. Casa Vicens, the Columbus monument and Plaça de Catalunya stay plain text here.

La Pedrera is about 23 minutes on foot, Casa Batlló about 25 and Plaça de Catalunya about 31. Casa Vicens is roughly 32 minutes, Park Güell 35 and the cathedral 36. The Columbus monument is about 50 minutes, so I’d take the metro there. The Sagrada Família metro station is about 2 minutes from the basilica, and Monumental about 9.

Frequently asked questions

How much are Sagrada Familia tickets?

The official site lists a basic individual ticket at 26 euros, 30 euros with a guided tour, 36 euros with the towers and 40 euros for guide and towers. On GetYourGuide, the cheapest ticket with entry is the $38 audio-guide ticket, and live-guided tours with entry run from $55 to $125. Check sagradafamilia.org for the current price.

Can you buy Sagrada Familia tickets on the day?

The official pages I read do not say whether same-day tickets are sold or whether a date is sold out, so I can't confirm it. The GetYourGuide entry ticket works on a selected time slot, and the listing says you can enter at that time or up to 15 minutes afterwards. I'd book ahead, then check the official site if your date is close.

Are Sagrada Familia tickets with tower worth it?

The official site charges 10 euros more for a ticket with towers than for the basic ticket. Among the tours I compared, the $125 Julia Travel Gray Line tour includes a one-way lift up a tower. One reviewer of the audio-guide ticket says to get ready to descend 400 steps, while a reviewer of the tower tour found it OK but expected more for the price.

Is Sagrada Familia free?

Per the official prices page, children under 11 and people with disabilities enter free, and a companion of a person with a disability is free on the basic ticket. Everyone else pays. The page lists seniors, under-30s and student-card reductions, but no discount for Barcelona residents.

How long does a Sagrada Familia visit take?

The guided tours I compared last from 75 minutes to 2 hours for the basilica alone, and 3 to 4 hours for the Artista-Tours walk that adds Passeig de Gracia and the Gothic Quarter. A reviewer of the audio-guide ticket describes a thorough 45-minute tour. I'd allow 1.5 to 2 hours for the basilica.

What is the best Sagrada Familia ticket to buy?

For a first visit I'd book the Crown Tours priority-access guided tour at $60: 4.8 stars from 6,433 reviews, a live guide, skip-the-line entry and free cancellation up to 24 hours before. If you want to go in alone, the $38 audio-guide ticket is the most reviewed Sagrada Familia ticket, with 122,140 reviews.

Do I need ID to enter the Sagrada Familia?

Yes. The official rules page says you must show a national ID card or passport to enter, and a valid ticket if asked. Tickets are nominative, personal and non-transferable, so the name on the ticket has to be yours. Bags and personal items are checked at the entrance.

Is the Sagrada Familia worth visiting?

Google Maps rates it 4.8 from 338,876 reviews, and Wikidata records 4.83 million visitors in 2024. Reviewers of the tours I compared single out the coloured light through the stained glass and the branching columns. I'd go inside rather than see it from the street, and book a ticket for a set time.
