The cheapest Moulin Rouge ticket for the show is the cabaret entry with champagne at $134, and it is also the most reviewed: 4.7 stars from 19,131 reviews. Dinner shows cost $284 to $440. The official site, moulinrouge.fr, sells Moulin Rouge tickets too, with no price on the pages I read. For a first visit I’d book the $284 dinner show: 4.8 stars, and the table is part of the price.
I compared all 10 Moulin Rouge tickets and packages you can book on GetYourGuide right now. Nine include a seat at the Féerie revue, one of them adds an evening coach tour, one a Seine cruise and one the Eiffel Tower, and the tenth is a Montmartre walk that does not include the show at all. Prices are in US dollars and come from the listings, checked in November 2026. The buttons open GetYourGuide through affiliate links (more on that on my about page).

The big difference between Moulin Rouge tickets is not the show, which is the same Féerie revue on every one of them. It is what surrounds it: a glass of champagne, a three-course dinner, a coach ride home, a boat on the Seine. I explain each below.
Moulin Rouge Tickets and Prices
The plainest of the Moulin Rouge tickets is the champagne show at $134. It gives you entrance to the theatre, a seat for the Féerie revue and half a bottle of champagne, and nothing else. The listing runs 2 hours, is non-refundable and does not include transport. Service and tips are included in the price, which saves you a calculation on the night. These are the Moulin Rouge tickets most people buy, and the review count (19,131) shows it. I’d choose it if dinner elsewhere is already planned, because Montmartre has plenty of places to eat before a 9 pm curtain.

“One of our highlights visiting Paris, show is amazing.” – GetYourGuide review
Among Moulin Rouge tickets, the Valentine’s Day dinner show at $323 is the dearest of the single-evening show tickets that stay at the theatre. It is held on February 14th, starts at 9 pm, and adds a menu from the chef, half a bottle of champagne or wine per person and a live orchestra. It has no rating yet and is non-refundable, so I treat it as a gift purchase rather than a safe default. If you are not in Paris on that date, ignore it.

Moulin Rouge tickets do not follow a seat map. The official FAQ says specific seats cannot be reserved and the seating plan is prepared each day, so paying more buys a dinner, a transfer or a cruise, not a better view.

Skip-the-Line Moulin Rouge Tickets
Skip-the-line Moulin Rouge tickets are a looser idea than at a museum, because the Moulin Rouge is a theatre with a set arrival window. The official FAQ says doors open 1 hour 15 minutes before the show and close 10 minutes before it starts. What a booked ticket saves you is the box-office step: you already hold the entry, so you join the entrance queue rather than buy on the spot. I could not find an official statement about a separate priority entrance, so I won’t promise one.
Of all the Moulin Rouge tickets, the $284 dinner show is the one I’d pick when I want the evening sorted in one purchase. It has 4.8 stars from 3,945 reviews and lasts about 4 hours. The listing offers a Toulouse-Lautrec menu, a Belle Epoque menu and a vegetalian menu, and says vegan and child menus are available on request after booking. Each dinner includes half a bottle of champagne per person, or two soft drinks. It is non-refundable, and the offer I read is valid from September 17 to December 16, 2026.

“Fantastic venue , entertainment was world class, stage effects dancers, acrobatic performers were outstanding. Highly recommended” – GetYourGuide review
A Moulin Rouge tour here, with Moulin Rouge tickets included, means a coach tour of Paris by night that ends at the cabaret. The $189 Evening Sightseeing Tour and Moulin Rouge Show from Extime Travel starts at Place de Sydney in the 15th arrondissement, near the Eiffel Tower, and drives past the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame and the Louvre with commentary in an app. It then takes you to the Moulin Rouge for the second show, which starts at 11 pm and ends around 1 am, and brings you back to one of five areas of central Paris. Champagne is included. Dinner, earphones and hotel pickup are not. I compare the guided options, including a Montmartre walk, on my Moulin Rouge tours page.
This is the one to book if you want sightseeing and the show in a single evening and don’t mind following a guide. The rating is 4.0 stars from 1,647 reviews, lower than the plain show, and the review pattern is useful: one reviewer enjoyed the guide but said the bus did not follow the route the audio guide was set up for. It allows free cancellation up to 24 hours ahead, which the plain show tickets do not.

Moulin Rouge Tickets NYC: The Paris Show for a Trip From New York
Searches for Moulin Rouge tickets NYC usually mean the Broadway musical, which is a separate production. Everything on this page is for the Paris cabaret, so if you are planning a Paris trip from New York, this is the page that applies. The package I’d look at for a short first stay is the First Show option at $290 from Extime Travel: it combines the Moulin Rouge entry, a Seine cruise with audio commentary and a multilingual hostess, plus half a bottle or a glass of champagne depending on the option.
There is one catch, and reviewers raised it. The cruise ticket is valid from the day after the show for up to 6 months, so it is not a same-evening cruise unless you collect it early from the Extime office at 3 Place des Pyramides. One reviewer wrote that they thought the cruise came after the show and could not use it on their other days. With 4.1 stars from 1,285 reviews, I’d book this only if you have a spare day to use the boat.

The cheapest of all the Moulin Rouge tickets on offer is a $127 Montmartre walk that starts at the Moulin Rouge, and I want to be clear about what it is: a 2-hour guided walk, not a show ticket. You meet in front of Blanche metro station, at the Moulin Rouge newspaper kiosk, hear about the cabaret’s history from its opening in 1889, then walk through Montmartre past the former homes of Van Gogh, Renoir and Picasso, the Au Lapin Agile cabaret and a bread tasting, ending near Sacré-Cœur. Entrance to the basilica is not included, and neither is a seat in the theatre.
If you want to see the building and learn the story without paying for a seat, it is good value, though the rating (5.0) rests on only 3 reviews, so I’d treat it as unproven. If you want the show, the cheapest of the Moulin Rouge tickets is the $134 champagne show above. The walk allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

On price alone it is easy to hesitate over Moulin Rouge tickets: the show is $134 and the dinner version is $284. Reviewers tend to justify it by the production. The listings describe a troupe of 100 artists including 60 Doris Girls, around 1,000 costumes of feathers, rhinestones and sequins, and music from 80 musicians and 60 chorus singers. The Doris Girls were founded in 1957 by Doris Haug, per Wikipedia, and the Féerie revue has been running since December 1999.
Where the value is least certain is the transfer package. The $440 Extime Travel dinner show adds a 3-course Belle Epoque dinner, half a bottle of champagne per person and a drop-off around 11 pm at one of five areas: Opéra, Arc de Triomphe, Montparnasse, Eiffel Tower or Bastille. It has 4.7 stars from 424 reviews. One reviewer said the transport drop-off points were not ideal for them, and another noted they did not need the ride. If you are staying near the Moulin Rouge, I’d pay $284 for the standard dinner show instead and walk or take a taxi. Moulin Rouge tickets with transport only make sense when the route fits. With this package you collect your ticket from staff at the ticket office, in front of the Moulin Rouge.

“Amazing! Surprisingly good food but the show was just spectacular - really recommend!!” – GetYourGuide review
There are no VIP Moulin Rouge tickets among the GetYourGuide listings I compared, and I could not find one on the official pages I read. What does exist is a ladder of upgrades in Moulin Rouge tickets: the plain champagne show at $134, the standard dinner show at $284, the Valentine’s dinner at $323, the Christmas dinner at $351 and the transfer dinner at $440. The official site refers visitors to its offers section, where I could not read prices, so ask the Moulin Rouge reservations desk on +33 1 53 09 82 82 if you want a specific table type.
Think of the $284 dinner show as the premium option among Moulin Rouge tickets. It gives you a menu by Chef Arnaud Demerville, per the listing, and the same revue as the cheaper Moulin Rouge tickets, and the review volume (3,945) is large enough to trust.
Is the Moulin Rouge Show Good? The Drop-Off Package
People ask whether the Moulin Rouge show is good, often after seeing the Broadway musical in the search results. The Paris show is a cabaret revue: dance, acrobatics and speciality acts with no interval, per one reviewer, and another describes a mix of cabaret, burlesque and circus.
The $206 option with champagne and a drop-off service shows the trade-off clearly. It includes the Féerie ticket and half a bottle of champagne per person, and transport from the meeting point to the Moulin Rouge if the early show option is selected, but the listing says drop-off to your hotel is not included. The cloakroom is stated as compulsory at 2 euros per item, and the listing warns that in winter you may need to leave early if a second show is scheduled. It has 4.3 stars from 384 reviews, and the guides get praise in the reviews. Reviewers also say the tables are small and the seating is snug.

These Moulin Rouge tickets are worth buying if you want a big, polished night out and accept that it is a tourist show with a fixed ritual: arrive, be seated by the maître d’, watch about 1 hour 45 minutes of revue, leave. The official FAQ gives the revue at about 1h45 in one place and 1h40 in another. If the Moulin Rouge is only part of a larger Paris evening, the Eiffel Tower package at $410 is the fullest version I found.
It starts with a dinner cruise on the Seine with access to the Eiffel Tower second floor, or with dinner on the first floor at Madame Brasserie, depending on the option you pick, and ends with the Féerie revue at the Moulin Rouge. Plan for 6 hours. The listing says the second-floor wait can reach 25 minutes. The rating is 3.9 from 646 reviews, the lowest on the page, so I’d choose it for the combination rather than for the Moulin Rouge itself. If the Eiffel Tower is the main goal, see my Eiffel Tower tickets comparison first.

Worth watching depends on what you expect from it. The revue is adult entertainment in the cabaret tradition: the official FAQ warns that the Féerie show includes topless passages, and it lets in children aged six and over with an adult. The cabaret opened on 6 October 1889, per Wikipedia, and Wikidata gives the same year.
The seasonal option is the Christmas dinner show at $351. It includes admission, a Christmas dinner, a Moulin Rouge souvenir and a half bottle of Laurent-Perrier champagne per couple, per the listing. The menu shown on the page is from last season and the listing says this year’s menu may differ. It has 4.8 stars, but from only 24 reviews, and it is non-refundable. I’d book it for the festive atmosphere, not because the data proves it is better than the standard dinner show.

Opening Hours and Getting There
The Moulin Rouge opens for its evening performances, not a daytime visit. The official FAQ lists dinner from 7 pm and revue-only shows at 9 pm and 11 pm, with doors opening 1 hour 15 minutes before. The nearest metro station is Blanche, about 80 metres away by my estimate. Before you buy Moulin Rouge tickets, read my Moulin Rouge opening hours and visitor guide; it has the full schedule, the walking times from each station and what to know at the door.

Near Moulin Rouge
The Moulin Rouge sits at Place Blanche in Pigalle, at the foot of Montmartre. The nearest transport is the Blanche metro station, about 80 metres away, then Place de Clichy at roughly 430 metres, Pigalle at 570 metres and Abbesses at 600 metres. These are straight-line distances multiplied by 1.3 for walking, my estimates rather than measured routes. The sights below are across the city, so I’d treat them as the next stop after a show, not a stroll. Walking times assume 4.8 km per hour. If the Eiffel Tower is next on your list, I compare its tickets on my Eiffel Tower page.
Place de la Concorde is the closest of these at about 2.2 km in a straight line, roughly 2.9 km on foot or 36 minutes. The Arc de Triomphe follows at about 3.8 km on foot, Sainte-Chapelle and the Invalides at about 4.3 km each, Notre-Dame at 4.8 km, the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadéro at about 5.2 km, and the Bastille at 5.6 km. For those, take the metro rather than walking after a late show.
How I’d Choose
Cheapest way in: the $134 cabaret show with champagne. It is the only one of the Moulin Rouge tickets at that price with a seat at the revue.
Best all-round evening: the $284 dinner show, 4.8 stars from 3,945 reviews, for first-timers who want the whole ritual.
Sightseeing and show together: the $189 evening coach tour, with free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
Getting home easily: the $440 dinner show with transfer, only if a drop-off area suits your hotel.
Romance or Christmas: the Valentine’s Day dinner at $323 or the Christmas dinner at $351, both non-refundable.
Seeing it without the show: the $127 Montmartre walk, understanding it contains no seat.
Whichever of the Moulin Rouge tickets you pick, read the dress code before you pack: elegant attire, no sportswear, and no shorts.
Frequently asked questions
How much are Moulin Rouge tickets?+
The cheapest Moulin Rouge ticket I compared is the cabaret show with half a bottle of champagne at $134 on GetYourGuide. Dinner shows run from $284 to $440, and packages that add a Seine cruise or an evening coach tour sit between $189 and $290. The official site, moulinrouge.fr, sells its own offers, but the pages I read did not publish a price, so check it for the current rate.
Is the Moulin Rouge worth it?+
For a first night in Paris I think it is, and the data backs that up. The champagne show has 4.7 stars from 19,131 reviews and the dinner show has 4.8 from 3,945. The most common complaint in the reviews is cramped seating, so go for the spectacle, not for a roomy table.
What is the dress code at the Moulin Rouge?+
Per the official FAQ, elegant attire is required, but a tie and jacket are not mandatory. Men may not wear shorts, flip-flops, running shoes, sportswear or open shoes, and hats and caps come off on entry. Several GetYourGuide listings repeat the same rule.
Can children go to the Moulin Rouge?+
The official FAQ says children aged six and over may attend with an adult, with a children's menu for dinner bookings or a child's ticket for show-only bookings. It also warns that the Féerie revue includes topless passages. Several listings say the show is not recommended for children under six.
What time does the Moulin Rouge show start?+
The official FAQ lists a show-only performance at 9 pm and another at 11 pm, and a dinner show with dinner from 7 pm. Doors open 1 hour 15 minutes before each show and close 10 minutes before it starts, so late arrivals may be refused.
Can I choose my seat at the Moulin Rouge?+
Not on the official site. It says there is no fixed seating plan and specific seats cannot be reserved, because the plan is prepared each day and the maître d' shows you to your table. One listing says the same: the seating arrangement is not known until the day of the show.
Can I get a refund on Moulin Rouge tickets?+
Officially, no. The FAQ says tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. On GetYourGuide the champagne show, the dinner show and the Christmas and Valentine's dinners are non-refundable, while the Extime Travel packages allow free cancellation up to 24 hours ahead (3 days for the Eiffel Tower package).
Is the Moulin Rouge on Broadway the same show?+
No. The tickets on this page are for the Paris cabaret at 82 Boulevard de Clichy and its Féerie revue. The stage musical of the same name is a separate production with its own box office, so check that one separately.
