The cheapest of the Warner Bros. Studio London tickets I compared is $113, a timed entrance bundled with a Thames cruise but no transport to the studio. The most reviewed is the $123 branded coach from Victoria, 4.7 stars from 20,213 reviews. The studio’s own site lists an adult ticket at £58.50 for 2026, so these are bundles with transport or a cruise around that entry. If you want transport sorted, I’d book that $123 coach; if you’d rather take the train, the $149 option includes it.

Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour & Branded Bus
I compared all seven ways to buy Warner Bros. Studio London tickets on GetYourGuide, and none of them is a plain entry ticket on its own. Every one is either a coach or train bundle, a hotel pickup or an entry-plus-cruise combination, and every one uses a timed entrance. Prices are in US dollars, taken from the listings in November 2026. The buttons open GetYourGuide through affiliate links, which I explain on my about page.
The studio is the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, known as The Making of Harry Potter, in Leavesden near Watford. Per Google Maps it sits at Studio Tour Drive, Leavesden, Watford WD25 7LR and holds a 4.8 rating from 106,079 reviews. Its own site is wbstudiotour.co.uk, which is where I’d check any detail that these tickets leave open.
Warner Bros. Studio London Tickets at a Glance
The first thing to understand about Warner Bros. Studio London tickets is that the studio is not in London. It lies about 30 km from the centre, so the real choice is how you get there. This table sets out the whole range of tickets for Warner Bros. Studio London.

Ticket types
7 options, all with a timed entrance: 3 with transport from London (2 coaches, 1 hotel pickup), 1 with a train and shuttle, 3 with a Thames cruise instead of transport

4 hours inside in the listings that state it, 7 to 7.5 hours for coach tours from London
Address
Studio Tour Drive, Leavesden, Watford WD25 7LR (per Google Maps)
Google Maps hours
Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am to 10 pm; weekdays shown as closed, which I would not rely on
The Google Maps hours look incomplete to me, because the studio runs timed slots, so use the slot printed on your ticket. The tickets differ mostly in what surrounds the visit: transport, a cruise, or a pickup at your hotel. The sets inside are the same whichever of the Warner Bros. Studio London tickets you buy.
Warner Bros. Studio London Tickets and Prices
The question most visitors start with is what Warner Bros. Studio London tickets cost, and the answer on Warner Bros. Studio London tickets is a wide spread: $113 to $211 for the seven options here. The one I’d put first for a first visit from King’s Cross is the Harry Potter: Warner Bros. Studio Tour from King’s Cross, at $123.
It scores 4.7 from 6,798 reviews. You board a branded bus at King’s Cross Station, Pancras Road, Bus Stop T, and the listing asks you to be there 15 minutes before your selected starting time. That start time is when you board in London, and the listing says you enter the studio about 2 hours after it, so the clock runs differently than on a direct ticket. Round-trip bus travel, free Wi-Fi and the admission ticket are included. A digital guide is not, and costs 5.25 pounds to rent at the studio. You can cancel up to 3 days ahead for a full refund.

“Meeting point location was very easy to find and the studio tour was amazing! So satisfying 🤩” – GetYourGuide review
Buying Warner Bros. Studio London tickets with a skip-the-line label is not really possible. Skip-the-line Warner Bros. Studio London tickets are a loose idea here, because the studio does not sell a queue-jump upgrade that I could find. What every listing here has is a timed entrance, so you arrive in your slot and walk in rather than queueing for a ticket. The official site says bags are checked and scanned on arrival and asks you to avoid large or multiple bags, so I make no promise about waiting time.
Of the Warner Bros. Studio London tickets here, the option that fits the label best is the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and River Thames Cruise at $119, which scores 4.8 from 1,087 reviews. It includes the timed entrance, complimentary bus transfers from Watford Junction Station to the studios and a hop-on hop-off cruise. The cruise leaves from Westminster Pier or Tower Pier, and the time you select is the time you should show your ticket to staff at the studio. This one is non-refundable, which matters for a day trip that depends on British weather and trains. A reviewer wrote that the cruise was easy to redeem on the day they spent exploring London.

“First time using this company and all went smoothly, I couldn't ask for better, there will be no hesitation using the app again, thank you so much.” – GetYourGuide review
People who search for Warner Bros Studio Tour London tickets are usually after the full coach experience from central London, and the listing I’d point to is the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour and Branded Bus from Golden Tours. At $123 it is the most reviewed of the Warner Bros. Studio London tickets, with a 4.7 rating from 20,213 reviews. It is a tour that includes entry, not a guided tour in the usual sense, and one of the Warner Bros. Studio London tickets with a pickup in the centre.
You meet at Bus Stop 1, Bulleid Way, near Victoria Station, where there is Golden Tours signage. The bus is a branded double-decker, subject to availability, and the listing gives you an extended 4 hours inside, access to the Studio Cafe and entry to the sets from all eight films. Food and drinks are not included, and the live guide is not either: a digital guide costs 4.95 pounds at the studio, with ten languages available. Among Warner Bros. Studio London tickets it is the right choice if you want one reviewed operator and a pickup point in the centre.
One reviewer is blunt about what the person on board does:
“The guide was just someone to check your ticket, give you a wrist band and then get off the bus.”
— GetYourGuide reviewer
I take that as a fair warning that the value here is the transport and the entry, not narration. The same reviewer said the studio took the whole 3 hours 45 minutes they were allotted.

“Great experience, Harry Potter WB studio is amazing! Highly recommend” – GetYourGuide review
Some visitors search for Warner Brothers Studio London tickets with a hotel in mind, and the Warner Bros. Studio Tour with Hotel Pickup at $211 is the only option here that comes to your door. It scores 4.7 from 1,184 reviews and lasts 7 hours. You get a hotel pickup from London Zone 1 addresses, a shared transfer in an executive vehicle with a professional driver, entry for 4 hours and the return transfer. It is in English only.
It is also the dearest at $211, nearly twice the $113 entry-and-cruise option. You are paying for the lack of planning. The cancellation window is the longest of the seven, 14 days for a full refund, which helps if your dates may move. A reviewer praised a driver who gave tips on where to go in London, and another wrote that four hours are not enough and that they would have liked to choose six. If you have small children, mobility needs or heavy luggage, I’d book this one.

“4 hours are not enough to visit the studios. I should be able to choose 6 hours instead.” – GetYourGuide review
The lowest price of any of the Warner Bros. Studio London tickets I found is $113, and it is the second Warner Bros. Studio Tour and River Thames Cruise listing, 4.8 from 1,071 reviews. It includes a timed entrance and a hop-on hop-off sightseeing cruise. It does not include transport to or from the studio, a guide, food, or the museums you pass on the cruise.
That makes it a price comparison trap among Warner Bros. Studio London tickets. The $113 is the entry only, so if you add train fares to Watford Junction and a shuttle, or a taxi, the total can move closer to the $123 coach options. You can cancel up to 3 days ahead for a full refund. Present your voucher at the studio ticket office at the slot shown on it. One reviewer who took a taxi warned that the car dropped them at an employee parking garage rather than the main entrance, and told others to ask for the entrance with the large Harry Potter signs.

Is Warner Bros. Studio London Worth It
Most visitors ask whether Warner Bros. Studio London is worth it before they spend $113 to $211. The numbers for Warner Bros. Studio London tickets are strongly positive: 4.8 from 106,079 reviews on Google Maps, and 4.7 to 4.8 on the larger GetYourGuide listings. One reviewer of the entry-and-cruise option wrote that you do not need to be a fan of Harry Potter to go, because the behind-the-scenes studio material amazes. The complaints I found are about time and logistics, not the sets: four hours can feel short, the drop-off point can be confusing, and coach entertainment can be quiet.
Among Warner Bros. Studio London tickets, the option I’d choose for people who are worried about booking is the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and Round-trip Train Ticket at $149, 4.8 from 179 reviews. It includes round-trip train tickets between Euston and Watford Junction, a free shuttle bus from Watford Junction station to the studio and the entry. A reviewer who could not get slots on the official site called it a good option for hassle-free planning and recommended the earliest time slot, since the studio is large and can take over 4 hours. They also noted that the studio ticket itself is collected from the ticket office using the booking reference provided close to the date.
“I highly recommend if you couldn't get the tickets off the offical site.”

“Easy, got our train ticket and harry potter ticket the day before, well instructed, no need to talk to someone, you are free” – GetYourGuide review
Visitors often ask where to stay near Warner Bros. Studio London, and the honest answer from my data is that central London is the base for every listing here. None of the seven Warner Bros. Studio London tickets includes a hotel, and the closest thing is the hotel pickup tour from London Zone 1 addresses. The studio is in Leavesden, about 3.7 km in a straight line from the Watford station on my list, so I’d stay where the coach, train or pickup starts and not near the studio.
The remaining product on this list does not solve that. It is the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and Thames River Cruise at $148, with a 4.3 rating from only 13 reviews. It includes a timed entrance and a single River Thames sightseeing cruise ticket from City Cruises, and the listing states that transport to and from the studio is not included. A Portuguese-speaking reviewer wrote that they entered at the first slot, 9:30, stayed until closing at 19:00 and went by train. With so few reviews and no transport, I’d choose another option unless this price suits your plan.

“Lugar incrivel, facil de pegar o ingresso e na hora pude escolher o guia em portugues, que apesar de ter um custo, o mesmo foi bem baixo e vale a pena, adoramos” – GetYourGuide review
By train, you travel from London Euston to Watford Junction, and then a shuttle bus runs to the studio. The $149 option bundles this, with an e-ticket and a free shuttle, and the $119 cruise bundle includes complimentary bus transfers from Watford Junction to the studio. Journey times and shuttle frequencies come from the transport operators, so check National Rail for the day, and I cover the route in the visitor guide.
Warner Bros. Studio London tickets that include a shuttle are the ones to choose if you do not want to work out the last few kilometres by taxi.
Opening Hours and Getting There
Google Maps lists the studio as open 8:30 am to 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday and closed on weekdays, but that does not match how a timed attraction works. The official site publishes opening times as a calendar by date, so check the slots on your ticket or that calendar. For the route, the travel options and the rules on the day, read my Warner Bros. There are no separate pages for Warner Bros. Studio London tickets by trip type for this attraction, because the options differ by transport and not by tour style.
Near Warner Bros. Studio London
There is little to see near the studio, and I would not pretend otherwise. The studio itself is the only sight in this grid that is actually in Leavesden. The London sights that the cruise tickets connect to are about 29 to 31 km away in a straight line, which is far beyond walking distance: the London Eye is 29.3 km, Westminster Abbey 29.2 km and Tower Bridge 31.4 km. Those are straight-line distances from Google Maps coordinates, so the real journey is longer. I’ve listed them because the cruise tickets for Warner Bros. Studio London start at Westminster Pier and Tower Pier.

Easiest from central London: the $123 Golden Tours coach from Victoria, the most reviewed option, with an extended 4 hours inside.
From King’s Cross or St Pancras: the $123 King’s Cross coach, remembering that you enter about 2 hours after boarding.
By train, on your own schedule: the $149 round-trip train ticket with free shuttle from Watford Junction.
Families and anyone who hates planning: the $211 hotel pickup, with the longest cancellation window at 14 days.
Lowest price: the $113 entry plus cruise, if you will arrange your own travel.
A cruise on the same trip: the $119 bundle includes the shuttle from Watford Junction, but it is non-refundable.
Whichever of the Warner Bros. Studio London tickets you pick, book a timed slot early and, if you can, the earliest one. The reviewer who recommended that said it helps avoid long queues, and with four hours or more inside, an early start leaves the evening free.
Frequently asked questions
How long do you need for a Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London?+
Plan on at least four hours inside. The Golden Tours listing at $123 gives you an extended 4 hours inside, the hotel pickup tour at $211 includes a 4-hour visit, and one reviewer of that tour wrote that four hours were not enough. Including travel from central London, the coach tours run about 7 to 7.5 hours door to door.
How much do tickets cost for the Harry Potter London tour?+
On GetYourGuide the seven options I compared run from $113 to $211. The $113 option is entry plus a Thames cruise with no transport, the $123 options include a branded coach from London, the $149 option adds a train from Euston, and the $211 option is a hotel pickup. The studio's own site lists the 2026 adult ticket at £58.50, child £47 and family £188, so the $113 option is a Thames cruise bundle and not a cheaper way in.
Can you buy Harry Potter tickets at the door?+
No. The official site states that all tickets must be pre-booked. Every listing I compared also uses a timed entrance, and one reviewer bought a reseller ticket because they could not get slots on the official site, so book before travelling 30 km.
Is Warner Bros. Studio in London worth it?+
Google Maps rates Warner Bros. Studio Tour London 4.8 from 106,079 reviews, and the GetYourGuide listings score 4.7 to 4.8 across thousands of reviews. One reviewer noted you do not need to be a fan to enjoy the behind-the-scenes sets. The main complaint I found is that four hours can feel short.
How far is the Warner Brothers studio from London?+
The studio is in Leavesden near Watford, roughly 29 to 31 km in a straight line from the London Eye and Tower Bridge by my calculation from Google Maps coordinates. The road or rail route is longer. One coach listing says you enter the studio about 2 hours after boarding in London.
Which is better for a Harry Potter experience, Orlando or London?+
I cannot compare them fairly, because I only cover the London studio. London is a behind-the-scenes tour of sets, costumes and props from the films, and the listings here describe all eight films. Orlando is a theme park with rides. Pick London if you want the film sets themselves and are already in the UK.
Is it faster to take Hogwarts Express or walk?+
Neither applies here. The studio is not on a railway line, and the nearest station on my list, Watford, is about 3.7 km from it in a straight line. Rail visitors take a train to Watford Junction and then a shuttle bus, which two of the listings I compared state is free and included.
What is the cheapest way to get Warner Bros. Studio London tickets?+
The cheapest of the seven options I compared is $113: a timed entrance plus a hop-on hop-off Thames cruise, with no transport to the studio. That means you add the train or a coach yourself. If you want transport included, the cheapest I found is the $123 branded coach from Victoria or King's Cross.
