Tibidabo tickets start at $43, the price of the Turisme de Barcelona amusement park admission, which is also the most reviewed Tibidabo ticket I found: 4.3 stars from 468 reviews, with the Cuca de Llum funicular ride included. The official site, tibidabo.cat, sells its own tickets too, at 39 euros for the one-day entrance with the funicular included. For most visitors I’d book that $43 park ticket. If you want the views without the rides, the e-bike tour at $95 gets you to the top by bike.
I compared the four Tibidabo tickets and tours that GetYourGuide sells today: one amusement park ticket, an e-bike tour, a sunrise walk with breakfast and a supercar drive. Prices are in US dollars from the listings and were checked in November 2026. My GetYourGuide buttons are affiliate links, and my about page explains what that means. Only one of the four is a ticket you scan at a gate, and I say so wherever it matters.
Tibidabo Tickets at a Glance
Tibidabo tickets cover a hill that overlooks Barcelona from the north-west. Wikipedia gives its height as 512 metres and calls it the tallest hill in the Serra de Collserola. The table separates what is free from what you pay for.

The thing to hold on to is that tickets for Tibidabo come in two kinds. One is the park admission, which pays for rides and the funicular. The other is a tour, which gets you to the summit and shows you the city but does not pay for the rides. The church and the observatory sit outside both.
Tibidabo Tickets and Prices
The plain ticket is the Turisme de Barcelona admission at $43. This Tibidabo ticket is a one-day pass, the voucher is valid for 24 hours and you check availability for a starting time when you book. It includes two things: the Cuca de Llum funicular ticket to reach the park and admission with access to all the attractions. The listing counts 25 rides, plus an Automaton Museum and the Tibidabo Sky Walk, a lookout it describes as giving the best views of Barcelona.
Pricing for Tibidabo tickets follows height. Children under 90 cm go free (book the infant category), children from 90 to 120 cm pay the child price, and anyone over 120 cm pays the adult price. Measure your children before you book. The ticket is non-refundable, which is the biggest trade-off of this Tibidabo ticket against the tours below, and the listing marks it wheelchair accessible.
Reviewers are consistently warm about the park itself. One wrote that it is a small but fun amusement park with a great view of the city, and another said the park is small enough not to overwhelm but offers enough to keep two teenagers happy all day. The complaints are about the approach: one reviewer said the way to get there could be better explained, and another got off the tram and found no directions to the park. One also reported that the ticket could not be shown on a phone and had to be printed at the information desk. That was one traveller’s experience, so check the voucher instructions when you book your Tibidabo tickets.

“We had a great time. It’s a small but fun amusement park with a great view of the city!! Loved it.” – GetYourGuide review
For a family buying Tibidabo tickets, with two adults and two children above 120 cm, the cost multiplies, so the group figure below helps with the budgeting.

Skip-the-Line Tibidabo Tickets
I found no skip-the-line Tibidabo tickets. The park listing does not mention a fast lane or timed entry, and the GetYourGuide voucher is a one-day pass checked at the gate. What the voucher does save you is a separate queue for the funicular, since the ride up is part of the ticket. That is a convenience, and I would not call it skipping a line with these Tibidabo tickets.
The product that tops this section is not a skip-the-line ticket at all, and I list it here because it solves a different problem: getting up the hill without a queue for a bus or a funicular. It is the Tres Gatos Tours e-bike tour, $95 for 4.5 hours per the listing, although the description says about five. You meet at the bike shop on Carrer de Cervantes in the old town, ride along Passeig de Gràcia, stop at Casa Vicens and Torre Bellesguard, and then climb through the pines of Collserola to Tibidabo, where you see the Sagrat Cor church and the city laid out to the sea. The itinerary also ends in Sant Gervasi - la Bonanova on the way back.
It includes the electric bike, a helmet and a live guide in English, and it excludes tips, hotel pickup and food and drinks. It does not include entry to the amusement park, and the listing never says the ride goes inside it, so budget for a park ticket on top if you want the rides. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before. The rating is 5.0 but from only six reviews, which is a small sample.

Tibidabo Park Tickets
People search for Tibidabo park tickets and Tibidabo parque as if the mountain and the park were one thing. They are not. The park, the Parc d’Atraccions, is a ticketed amusement park on the summit, run by Tibidabo, and it opens only on selected days that change by season. The summit around it, with its viewpoints and the Sagrat Cor church, is separate from the rides. The Fabra Observatory, a little below, is a third thing with its own visits.
That separation matters for what Tibidabo tickets buy. The $43 admission covers the rides and the funicular. It does not cover the Fabra Observatory, and the church is a visit rather than a ticket. The park’s own calendar tells you which days it opens: from September to November the amusement park is open at weekends and on holidays, on weekdays only on a few listed dates. Look at the calendar before you buy Tibidabo park tickets, because a ticket to Tibidabo for a closed day is a wasted one, and this one is non-refundable.
Google Maps lists a Tibidabo Panoramic Area as a separate place, rated 4.7 from 5,861 reviews and open 11 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 11 am to 7 pm at weekends per Google Maps. The official schedule shows the Panoramic Area open daily from March to December except 25 and 26 December. The official rates list a separate emblematic rides pass for it at 21.50 euros, funicular included. I do not know whether the GetYourGuide admission covers that area, so I won’t say.
Tibidabo Cost
Tibidabo tickets are not the whole cost. A day at Tibidabo adds up from the park admission, which includes the funicular, the way up to the funicular, and food on the hill. The official rates list the Cuca de Llum funicular alone at 13.50 euros standard and 6.75 reduced, and the park entrance includes it and the TibiBus shuttles. For the train and bus fares on the way to the funicular, check FGC and TMB, which I could not read. The park ticket is the one fixed number among the Tibidabo tickets: $43 per adult, with children by height.
The leftover product in this group is the Tibidabo Sunrise with a local breakfast by Aclimatando Experiencias de Montaña, at $178. It is not a park ticket. It is a 4-hour guided walk of about three hours up and down through Collserola, an easy level according to the listing, starting before sunrise from the Horta velodrome. At the top, a picnic-style breakfast of bread with tomato, cold cuts, fruit and coffee or tea waits at a viewpoint. It includes the guide in Spanish, Catalan and English, activity insurance and photos of the group and the sunrise, and it leaves out water and transport to the start. Nobody has reviewed it yet, so there is no rating to lean on. Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before.
It is the most expensive way I list to see the hill on foot, and I would book it for the experience, not for the saving.

The height rule is the main price break on the park admission: children under 90 cm go free and children up to 120 cm pay the child price. The official rates page adds reduced entrances of 11.70 euros for over-60s and 7.80 euros for visitors with a certified disability of 33 percent or more, and a 20 percent discount for Barcelona Card holders, all bought through the park.
The product the data gives this section is the 90-minute supercar drive from Drive Me Barcelona, which is the opposite of a discount at $410. I’m including it honestly as a leftover: it is neither a ticket nor cheap. A professional instructor is with you for a drive from Barceloneta to the top of Tibidabo by one road and back by another, in a car you choose from the gallery, such as a Ferrari, Lamborghini or Porsche. Fuel and the instructor are included. Car insurance and hotel pickup are not. The meeting point is on Carrer del Doctor Aiguader, near Barceloneta metro station. Languages listed are English, Italian, Spanish, French and Catalan, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before. It is rated 5.0, but from only two reviews.

Searchers who type Tibidabo in Barcelona, and then look for tickets to Tibidabo, usually want to know what is up there and how it fits a Barcelona trip. It is a 512-metre hill on the north-west edge of the city, per Wikipedia, and from the top you look over the city and the coast. The GetYourGuide listing calls it the highest point on the Collserola Ridge, while Wikipedia words it as the tallest hill of the Serra de Collserola, so I use the Wikipedia wording.
On the summit you find the amusement park, the Sagrat Cor church and the viewpoints. The e-bike listing gives the name’s origin: it comes from the Latin Bible, tibi dabo, I will give you, the devil’s offer of everything visible from a high place. That is the listing’s story, not an etymology I checked.
If you have only one day, treat Tibidabo as a half-day excursion: the approach from the city takes a while, the park is small enough to see in a few hours (one reviewer spent about four hours and said it could be longer), and the views are best on a clear day. The weather data in my visitor guide helps pick the month.
Is Tibidabo Worth Visiting
Are Tibidabo tickets worth the money? I’d say yes for two kinds of visitor: families with children who like rides, and anyone who wants a view of Barcelona that is not from a building. The park ticket among the Tibidabo tickets is rated 4.3 from 468 reviews, and the GetYourGuide review summary says travellers highlight the panoramic views and that families find plenty to enjoy. The same summary notes that clearer information on ride closures would help, which fits the seasonal opening.
It is less compelling if you have two days in Barcelona and want the Gaudí sights, because the trip up costs a good part of a day. In that case the e-bike tour is a reasonable compromise, since it passes Casa Vicens and Torre Bellesguard on the way up.
Opening Hours and Getting There
The amusement park opens on selected days, so check the calendar first: rides run from 11:00 to 19:00 on open days, and the funicular starts at 10:30 on those days. You reach the hill by Tibibus or by FGC train to Avinguda Tibidabo and then the funicular. Full details are in my Tibidabo opening hours and visitor guide.

Near Tibidabo
Distances run from the Tibidabo summit pin on Google Maps, and the walking times are my estimates: straight-line distance multiplied by 1.3, at 4.8 km per hour. Most of the neighbours below are far away by foot, and you would take transport. The Tibidabo Panoramic Area is about 0.17 km from the summit pin, around 3 minutes. Park Güell is 2.98 km away, roughly 48 minutes, and my Park Güell tickets page covers it. Casa Vicens is 3.41 km, about 55 minutes. La Pedrera is 4.72 km, about 77 minutes, and Casa Milà tickets lists its options. Sagrada Familia tickets are for the basilica 5.10 km away, about 83 minutes on foot. Casa Batlló tickets cover the house 5.16 km away.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Tibidabo Amusement Park cost?+
The listing I compared, the Turisme de Barcelona admission ticket, is $43 on GetYourGuide, valid for one day, with the Cuca de Llum funicular ride up and access to all the park's attractions. Children under 90 cm go free and children from 90 to 120 cm pay the child price. The park's own [rates page](https://www.tibidabo.cat/en/plan-the-visit/rates) lists the same one-day entrance, with the funicular and the TibiBus shuttles, at 39 euros for visitors over 120 cm and 15.50 euros for 90 to 120 cm.
Can I go to Tibidabo for free?+
The mountain itself is public and the views from the top cost nothing, and I understand the Sagrat Cor church is free to visit. What costs money is the amusement park, the funicular and anything guided. The park's [rates page](https://www.tibidabo.cat/en/plan-the-visit/rates) does not cover the church, so I could not confirm its entry rule; check before you plan around it.
How do I get to Tibidabo from Barcelona?+
There are two usual routes: the Tibibus, and the FGC train to Avinguda Tibidabo followed by the Cuca de Llum funicular. Google Maps lists the Avinguda Tibidabo train station and a Tibibus stop at Plaça Kennedy beside it, about 2 km from the summit as the crow flies. My opening hours and visitor guide covers the approach in detail.
What is Tibidabo famous for?+
For its view and its amusement park. Per Wikipedia, Tibidabo is a hill of 512 metres overlooking Barcelona, the tallest hill in the Serra de Collserola. The park on top has been running for over 100 years according to the GetYourGuide listing, and the Sagrat Cor church marks the summit.
Is it worth it to go to Tibidabo?+
I think so if you like views or travel with children. The park ticket is rated 4.3 from 468 reviews, and reviewers praise the city views and call the park small, easy and fun. If you only want the view, a trip without the park ticket is enough.
Can I walk to Tibidabo?+
Yes. Google Maps shows the Tibidabo Funicular's lower station about 1.25 km from the summit in a straight line, so the climb above it is short but steep, and I estimate around 20 minutes from the lower station. A Barcelona sunrise tour I list walks up from the Horta velodrome in about three hours for the round trip.
What are the opening hours of Tibidabo?+
The amusement park opens on selected days that change by season: per the official [schedules page](https://www.tibidabo.cat/en/plan-the-visit/schedules) its rides run from 11:00 to 19:00 on open days, mostly weekends and holidays from September to November. Check the calendar for the day you plan to go.
